Project Estimates:
All project estimates provided are based on the initial scope and may vary if any changes or additions are made during execution.

Payment Terms:
Payments should be made as per the agreed milestones. Delays in payment may affect project timelines.

Project Timeline:
SP-Construction strives to complete all projects within the committed schedule, subject to material availability, approvals, and weather conditions.

Client Responsibilities:
Clients must provide necessary site permissions, drawings, and approvals before project commencement.

Material Use:
We commit to using quality materials as specified in the agreement. Any change in material preferences must be communicated in advance.

Warranties:
SP-Construction offers a limited warranty on construction works as specified in the contract. Natural wear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications void the warranty.

Force Majeure:
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

Cancellation Policy:
Project cancellations must be communicated in writing. Any costs incurred up to the cancellation date are chargeable.

Legal Compliance:
Both parties agree to comply with local building regulations, safety norms, and applicable legal requirements.
